In the spring of 2021, Cornell University Cooperative Extension – New York City (CUCE-NYC) has been connecting the Community Healthcare Network with the community engagement team at Weill Cornell Medicine's Clinical and Translational Sciences Center (CTSC) so that medical students could volunteer with community-based vaccination clinics.

To encourage global health education among all Weill Cornell students, we also allow nonenrolled students to participate in any GHC component, space permitting. We hope to establish a means for formal recognition of program completion by the time the first GHC class graduates in 2013 (e.g., certificate of completion from the medical college, mention in the dean’s letter to residency programs).

VEPT is a consultation service available 24/7 to assess, treat, and ensure the safety of elder mistreatment victims while also collecting evidence when appropriate and working closely with the Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) students gained an international perspective of healthcare when they visited Vietnam as part of a Global Health Service Learning Program (GHSLP).
